SUBSCRIPTION:

WHAT TYPE OF SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGES DOES EMERALD HEADWAY
OFFER?

Subscription
packages offered are as follows: |
| a.) |

For MONTHLY magazines, we offer
SIX MONTHS (6 COPIES) and
ONE YEAR (12 COPIES) subscription. |
| b.) |
|
For
WEEKLY magazines,
you have three available options: THREE
MONTHS (13 COPIES), SIX MONTHS (26 COPIES)
AND ONE YEAR
(52 COPIES). |

2. DOES EMERALD
HEADWAY SELL BACK ISSUES?

Back
issues refer to magazines with issue dates that are
three-months prior to the current month We DO NOT
SELL back issues. Instead, we give complimentary magazines
to all of our subscribers. Upon subscription to any
of our magazine titles, you are entitled to three
back issues absolutely free. You may choose any title
of your preference but only upon the availability
of the issue date. |

3.
AS A NEW SUBSCRIBER, WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY FIRST COPY?

You
are given the option to choose when to start your
subscription. Options available are as follows: |
| a.) |
|
CURRENT MONTH
- 1st issue can be delivered immediately. |
| b.) |
|
FOLLOWING MONTH - it will
be delivered to you as soon as it becomes available. |
| c.) |
|
TWO MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CURRENT
MONTH - if
the magazine title you want is no longer available
in our showroom (located at the Emerald Headway
office), delivery time is within two weeks.

4.
IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE DELIVERY OF MY MAGAZINES?

NO
DELIVERY EXPENSE WILL BE CHARGED
if your delivery address is within Metro Manila.
Outside of Metro Manila, however, we charge an additional
fee to cover the corresponding freight expense of
the courier company that services the area. For
provincial deliveries, one of the following courier
companies is normally contracted: Aboitiz, LBC or
JRS.

5. DO I GET MY
MAGAZINE BEFORE IT HITS THE NEWSTANDS?

MOST
OF OUR MAGAZINE TITLES ARRIVE A MONTH BEFORE THE
ISSUE DATE. As
such, in compliance with our company's policy, subscription
copies are delivered to the subscriber before these
are dispatched to our retail outlets. Relative to
isolated cases that are beyond our control (i.e.
natural calamities, holidays), subscription copies
are dispatched as soon as the situation allows us
to do so.

SOMETIMES,
SOME TITLES ARE ALREADY AVAILABLE IN SEVERAL RETAIL
ESTABLISHMENTS EVEN BEFORE I RECEIVE MY OWN COPIES? |

Emerald
Headway is the legitimate holder of the exclusive
distribution rights over all the magazine titles
that are listed in its portfolio. Magazine titles
that are being carried by the company but are being
distributed or sold by other sources other than
Emerald Headway or its duly recognized retailers
or dealers are considered unauthorized copies.
The existence of unauthorized dealers and/or distributors
is the principal reason why some of Emerald Headway's
magazine titles hit the newsstands prior to the
company's delivery of the same to its subscribers.
At the moment, there is nothing much that Emerald
Headway can do to completely stop such illegal activities.
However, we would appreciate it if these incidents
and if possible, the sources of these unauthorized
copies, are reported to the Emerald Headway office
in order for us to take the appropriate legal action.

7.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?

For SUBSCRIPTIONS WITHIN METRO
MANILA - Remittances
are collected by our own couriers who will issue an
official receipt upon acceptance of the same. Acceptable
form of payments: CASH, DATED CHECKS or CREDIT
CARDS specifically Mastercard or Visa. |
| b.) |
|
For PROVINCIAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
- You are given two options to pay for your provincial
subscriptions. These are: 1) DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT
via Emerald Headway's depository banks located within
your area; and 2) SENDING OF A DATED CHECK VIA
MAIL OR A COURIEIR COMPANY. The official receipt
will be sent to you together with your first copy.
For payments made thru direct bank deposits, you are
requested to fax the corresponding deposit slip to
the Emerald Headway office. |

CAN
I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY GIVEN TIME? |
| |
No. A subscriber
may not cancel his/her magazine subscription or
shift to another title regardless of the value of
the subscription. No refund shall be given except
in cases where the distributor cancels the magazine.
In such an event, the subscriber shall also have
the option to switch to another magazine title for
his/her remaining subscription period.

WHAT
WOULD HAPPEN IF I DO NOT RECEIVE AN ISSUE OF MY SUBSCRIPTION? |

If you have
not received a certain issue within your subscription
period, your subscription shall automatically be
extended to make up for the missing issue(s). the
number of extended issues be equal to the number
of the missing issues.
